RideScout: National Mobile App Launch Event – Washington, D.C.

When RideScout wanted to celebrate the launch of their mobile application nationally, they turned to Rendezvous to bring their vision to life.  In late 2013, we supported the RideScout team with soup to nuts event planning as part of a package that included event branding, design and décor, a complete audio/visual and graphics package, pre-event and onsite logistics support. As with all Rendezvous events, no detail went unexamined, and every aspect of the event was designed with the goal of showcasing the RideScout brand and promoting the new mobile app.  In addition to traditional event production support, we also worked with RideScout to curate a guest list for the event that fulfilled specific business, investor-related and political objectives for the new company. Starting from scratch with just three weeks to pull it all together, Rendezvous’ community outreach engine churned out more than 4000 invitations, ultimately bringing 200+ DC/MD/VA-area key influencers to a jam-packed, super-high energy brand celebration, topping off the evening with a drop by and brief remarks from the Mayor of DC.
