Who We Are

We are a team of thinkers and a team of doers.

Our network of experts is constantly growing – strategic planners, creative designers, virtual event virtuosos, logistics wranglers, registration gurus, technology specialists, graphic designers, budget and financial managers, a/v authorities, professional crowd builders, media-savvy promoters, and a whole host of event experts and enthusiasts we hand select to support your goals and objectives. We keep our business small so that we can be agile. We keep our network big so that we can have impact.

We can help you create a new event.  We can help you re-imagine an existing event.  We believe in the power of events to connect people together.  In person events, hybrid events, virtual events – all events share similar goals.  We always start with ‘why’, and then we help you figure out the ‘how’ and the ‘what.’

Rendezvous team members are passionate about what they do. We care about our work, our clients, and the communities we live in. At the core of our business model is an unwavering commitment to excellence and to the success of clients that defines our brand.
